ESTABLISHED
The company was established in 1998 by its two members, Joe and
Margot Viana. Joe is a qualified tool & Die maker running the Toolroom
and Production, Margot running the Financial and office part of the company.
Injection Moulding of Plastic Products
The company started with four injection moulding machines; we have
now grown to thirteen injection moulding machines ranging from 60ton to
500ton.
With our European machines we offer good and reliable productivity. With
well-qualified setters and material mixers to insure the product is right
from start to finish.
We are custom moulders and service a wide range of industries including:
Swimming Pool products, house ware, and a range of plastic closures.
Product Design
We offer a wide range of options in our Toolroom, from start in Product
Design to manufacturing of moulds, to the Injection moulding & Blowmoulding
industry.
Rapid Prototyping
We also offer a product called S.L.S. - “Selective Laser
Sintering”, which is a rapid prototyping system and can be done
with-in a few days.
A real product can be visualized and be agreed on
before the manufacture of tooling, to save cost to the customer.
Mould Making
We also have a full CNC Toolroom with three well qualified Tool and Die
makers. We have a policy at Vee Plastics that Customers always come first,
and attend to their needs as soon as possible. Our office staff will get
you to the right person to attend to your needs.
